## 6. Compare equivalent costs

Record each supplier's one-time implementation, internal transition effort, and monthly recurring costs in the same currency. Include hosting, subscriptions, support, integrations, and ongoing development. Keep optional items separate. Review taxes, travel, renewal changes, and exclusions explicitly.

Three-year simple cost = implementation + internal transition effort + (36 × monthly recurring cost).
