Built multi-stage BOMs for Towers, Sections, and Shells, linking shop-floor routing to bay-level job cards (Shell to Shell Fitup; Section to SF Section).
Digitized quality management across 12+ custom inspection checklists for incoming, in-process, and final dispatch stages, integrated with gate pass workflows.
Integrated GST-compliant e-invoicing and e-way bill generation directly into sales and purchase cycles, enabling single invoices against multiple delivery challans.
