How to use the template
Download the HTML worksheet and open it in a browser. Enter the reviewed values in the editable cells and use Print to save a completed PDF. Data stays in that page; the website does not receive it.
Keep the count and the value clear
Use one row for each item and warehouse combination, with batch or serial details where required. Identify the count date, unit of measure, and source of the valuation. Have finance review the costing basis.
Reconcile before go-live
Compare the approved counts and values with the target system after import. This worksheet prepares the review; it is not an automatic import format or an instruction to post stock adjustments.
