Integrations
Move the order once. Know when it arrives.
Stop entering the same order in two systems. Connect your storefront or business app to Frappe ERP with agreed field mapping and a way to find records that did not arrive.

02 / Send the change
Send the event your team cares about.
Frappe’s REST API works with documents under the authenticated user’s permissions. Webhooks send configured document events to another service. We scope the trigger and receiver together, including signature checks where a webhook secret is used.

03 / Recover failures
A timeout should not create a second order.
Test duplicate requests and missing item codes before launch. Agree retry rules and a reconciliation check against source records. These controls belong in the connector or custom implementation scope; an API alone does not provide them.

Before you get started.
Will our existing app connect without custom code?
We check its supported connector, installed versions and required operations. Returns, cancellations and partial fulfilment need their own tests. Any missing behavior is priced and scoped before implementation.
How quickly will a change reach the other system?
Agree an acceptable delay for each workflow. Provider limits, queues and recovery affect completion time. A webhook does not guarantee an end-to-end response time.
Who looks after the connection?
The delivery scope names the owner of failed records, credentials and upgrade checks. Your team approves business rules; the external provider remains responsible for its service and API.
Connected products
Connect the handover to the team that uses the record.
Sales & CRM
Decide how an accepted order enters the sales workflow.
Inventory & Warehousing
Agree which system owns stock and fulfilment updates.
Hosting
Include connector checks in the application upgrade plan.
